Bele Vode is a settlement in the Šoštanj municipality in northern Slovenia. It lies in the Mozirske planine hills to the northwest the town of Šoštanj. The area is part of the traditional region of Styria. The entire municipality is now included in the Savinja statistical region.[2]
The parish church in the settlement is dedicated to Saint Andrew and belongs to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Celje. It was built in 1775 to 1793 on the site of two earlier buildings.[3] A seond church, built on the top of the Oslovska gora peak to the south of the settlement core, is dedicated to the Feast of the Cross and was built between 1850 and 1857.[4]
